At Daniel William Diamonds, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you find the identical certified diamond publicly listed at a lower price by a qualifying U.S. retailer, we’ll match it — that’s our Price Match Guarantee.

The Price Match Guarantee applies to GIA- and IGI-certified loose diamonds purchased through DanielWilliamDiamonds.com. Requests must be submitted before you complete your purchase.

How It Works

1. Find a lower price. Locate the identical certified diamond — the same GIA or IGI grading report number — listed at a lower price on a qualifying U.S. retailer’s website.
2. Contact us before you buy. Call 1-877-296-4065, email [email protected], or start a live chat. Please include a link to the competitor’s listing and the diamond’s grading report number.
3. We verify and match. Our diamond experts will review the competing offer, and once it is verified, we’ll match the price on your purchase.

Please note: price-matched diamonds are final sale and are not eligible for return under our 30-Day Return Policy.

Eligibility Requirements

• The Price Match Guarantee applies only to certified loose diamonds (GIA or IGI) sold through DanielWilliamDiamonds.com.
• The competing diamond must be identical — verified by the same GIA or IGI grading report — not a comparable or similar stone.
• The competitor must be a U.S.-based diamond retailer, and the diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price.
• The competing price must be published in U.S. dollars and available to the general public.
• The lower price must still be in effect at the time we verify your request.
• Requests must be submitted before you purchase your diamond from Daniel William Diamonds.
• Qualifying purchases may be completed by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Affirm, Zelle or bank wire.

Offers That Don’t Qualify

• Prices from auction sites, pawn shops, private sellers, or retailers based outside the United States.
• Member-only pricing, loyalty program offers, or any discount not available to the general public.
• Rebates, gift certificates, and bundled offers such as buy-one-get-one promotions.
• Limited-time or limited-quantity sales (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday), clearance, liquidation, and going-out-of-business sales.
• Expired offers.
• Prices resulting from a pricing or typographical error, whether the competitor’s or our own.

Additional Terms

• Price-matched diamonds are final sale and are not eligible for return.
• We reserve the right to verify all information regarding a competing offer and to decline a request if, in our discretion, we are unable to satisfactorily verify the competing price.
• We may deny requests, modify these terms, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time at our sole discretion.
